Titonest Metal is a modern titanium and zirconium enterprise integrating production, trade, and R&D.  

Operating a 3,000㎡ modern facility, and an additional 8,000㎡ forging plant under construction, own advanced equipment to meet the highest international standards, including: 6-ton vacuum consumable arc furnace , 5,000-ton press, high-precision annealing furnace, 8,000-ton fast forging machine, water grinding machines, waterjet cutting machines, CNC machining centers, and over 20 precision processing units.

Achieving an annual capacity of 3,500 tons, we are on the path to full-process titanium production, providing more stable, high-end titanium solutions for global customers.

Our Milestones

In 2008 — Founded Shaanxi Zhongbeitai Tantalum Niobium Metal Materials Co., Ltd.

Focusing on titanium, titanium-palladium and tantalum-niobium  metal processing and trade.

In 2022 — Established Shaanxi Zhongkong Hua Zirconium New Materials Co., Ltd.

Introducing a titanium & zirconium sponge smelting system to enhance raw material self-sufficiency.

In 2024 — co-founded Shaanxi HuaDuan New Metal Materials Co., Ltd.

Invested in forging technology, realizing full-process titanium production.

In 2024 — Founded Shaanxi Titonest Metal Co., Ltd.

Establishing a trade office to expand our global presence.
